OpenHarmony Task Specifier

Purpose

Help a developer correctly describe one OpenHarmony/ArkUI/Ace-engine task for a tracker.

The skill focuses on:

• clear expected outcome,
• intended change at high level,
• explicit scope boundaries,
• verifiable completion criteria,
• OpenHarmony-specific constraints and risks.

The skill does not decompose work into subtasks and does not generate a step-by-step execution plan.

Use When

• Task is related to OpenHarmony, ArkUI, ArkTS, HarmonyOS, or Ace Engine.
• Developer needs help turning a short phrase into a tracker-ready task description.
• Developer needs prompts about missing technical context (lifecycle, rendering, compatibility).

Do Not Use When

• Task is not OpenHarmony-related (use task-specifier).
• User asks for decomposition into subtasks.
• User asks for progress comment generation (task-progress).

Input

• Raw task phrase or draft description.
