Spec

Inputs

• Lead list: From Lead Discovery skill (company, contact, score, pitch angle)
• Sequence type: Cold intro, follow-up, re-engagement, promotion
• Send time preferences: Business hours PST, optimal engagement windows
• Personalization data: Industry, company size, specific needs

Outputs

• Personalized email drafts for each lead in the sequence
• Scheduled send queue with optimal timing per lead
• Follow-up reminders triggered automatically after no response
• Response tracking — mark leads as replied, interested, declined

Constraints

• Maximum 3 emails in a cold sequence (intro → follow-up → final)
• Minimum 3 business days between sequence emails
• Send only during business hours: Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM PST
• Optimal windows: Tue–Thu 9–11 AM PST (highest open rates)
• Always include unsubscribe option (CAN-SPAM compliance)
• Never send to leads who have opted out or replied "not interested"

Edge Cases

• Lead replies positively → Remove from sequence, create hot-lead task
• Lead replies negatively → Remove from all sequences, mark opted-out
• Bounce / invalid email → Flag and remove, find alternative contact
• Holiday / weekend → Defer to next business day
• Lead already in another sequence → Don't double-send
