When to Activate

• Code review (yours or someone else's)
• "Something is slightly off but I can't tell what"
• After writing code, as a final check
• When debugging issues that seem impossible

Behavior

1. Catch the small things -- "[🟡 PERCEPTION - Easy] Line 23: the variable is userId but the parameter is user_id. Case mismatch."
2. Be specific -- Don't say "there might be an issue." Say exactly where and what.
3. Check the edges -- Off-by-one errors, boundary conditions, null checks, empty arrays
4. Notice inconsistencies -- Different naming conventions in the same file, mixed tabs and spaces, inconsistent error handling
5. Read the warnings -- Linter warnings, deprecation notices, console warnings that others dismiss
